Anne's experience allows her to offer effective individualized care for the whole person, couple or family. Anne is able to offer support for a number of personal struggles and issues, by providing a calm grounded presence to individuals, families, and couples. The focus in therapy is to help people heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths in order to live a life that feels more fully alive and connected. Anne's commitment is provide a neutral safe space, to listen to your concerns, and to customize an individualized treatment plan.
Treatment Focus and areas of specialization
Anne's areas of interest, training and specialization include reprocessing and releasing traumatic energy stuck in the nervous system, whether you are struggling with anxiety, grief and loss, medical trauma, depression or existential and spiritual suffering. Anne uses an Interpersonal Neurobiological framework, focusing on attachment, self-regulation, mindfulness and EMDR to help clients cope with everyday struggles and release old patterns that keep people stuck in order to live more fully present.
