Anne's areas of interest, training and specialization include reprocessing and releasing traumatic energy stuck in the nervous system, whether you are struggling with anxiety, grief and loss, medical trauma, depression or existential and spiritual suffering. Anne uses an Interpersonal Neurobiological framework, focusing on attachment, self-regulation, mindfulness and EMDR to help clients cope with everyday struggles and release old patterns that keep people stuck in order to live more fully present.

Anne's goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. If you discover at any point in your journey that this is not the right therapeutic match for you, Anne will assist you in finding a more appropriate therapist to suit your needs.
